基于《伤寒论》探讨厥的临床意义

摘　　要：厥在临床的病因病机较为广泛,是机体的病理表现。该文通过"厥"字考,发现厥为不顺、包围、阻挡之意。《黄帝内经》记载更为广泛,有病名、病性、病因、病机等多个层面,除此之外《内经》所论厥应为脏腑相生次序的失常,气机逆乱。《伤寒论》更进一步的强调气机的顺接,三阴三阳在四肢末端不能交接便为厥,通过以方测证可以扩展仲景所论之厥的临床意义,凡是气机升降出入失常便是厥;该文同时以经方甘草干姜汤、当归四逆汤进行临床医案分析,将厥的理论与临床结合,以说明厥的含义与新内涵。The clinical etiology and pathogenesis of “JUE” are more extensive,and it is the pathological manifestation of the body.Through the textual research of the word “JUE”,this article finds that JUE means dissatisfaction,encirclement,and blocking.The “Huangdi Neijing” records more extensively,and has multiple levels of disease name,disease nature,etiology,pathogenesis,etc.In addition,the “Huangdi Neijing” discusses the abnormal order of the viscera and the viscera,and the reversal of the Qi.“Treatise on Febrile Diseases” further emphasizes the smooth connection of Qi machine.Three Yin and Three Yang cannot be handed over at the end of the extremities as JUE.The clinical significance of Zhongjing’s JUE can be expanded through the prescription test.This article also uses Gancao Ganjiang decoction and Danggui Sini decoction to analyze clinical medical records and combine the theory of JUE with clinical practice to illustrate the meaning and new connotation of JUE.
