摘 要:针对内悬浮抱杆理论计算方法基于一定假设、缺乏试验验证的问题,以理论计算模型为基础,以ZB-D-21/400/30型内悬浮抱杆为研究对象,开展抱杆在不同起吊载荷、不同倾角下的起升试验,研究抱杆在不同工作状态下的力学规律,并与理论计算值对比分析。通过试验得到,抱杆同一根主材不同位置、不同主材间所受应力差异较大,将合力作用在抱杆轴心的假设存在不合理性。抱杆所受平均应力随起升载荷、倾角的增大而增大,且与起升载荷呈近似线性关系,由变化趋势得到计算公式在抱杆悬浮状态下的计算是科学合理的。但从计算公式的验证性来看,理论计算结果大于试验平均值,误差在22.7%~32.6%,建议理论计算公式做适当的修正;从计算选型来看,理论计算结果小于试验最大值,误差在26.1%~30.7%,因此,抱杆选型时应考虑其在实际工况下所有弯矩的影响及同截面的主材不同应力的不平衡性。研究首次得到内悬浮抱杆的力学特性试验规律,对计算方法提出建议,为后续相关标准的修正及计算方法的研究提供了参考。The theoretical calculation method of the suspension derricks is based on some assumptions and lack of test verification.In view of this problem,with the ZB-D-21/400/30 suspension derrick as the object,its lifting test for different lifting load and inclination angle was carried out based on the theoretical calculation model.The mechanical law of the suspension derrick under different working conditions was studied and compared with the result of theoretical calculation.According to the test results,the stresses of the same component but in different positions and the stresses of different components were quite different.Thus,the assumption that the resultant force is acted on the axis of the suspension derrick was unreasonable.The average stress of the derrick increased almost linearly with the increase of the lifting load and the inclination angle.It can be seen from the variation trend that the calculation formula is scientifically reasonable.However,from the viewpoint of verification of the calculation formula,the theoretical calculation result is larger than the experimental average value,and the error is 22.7%-32.6%.Therefore,it is suggested that the theoretical calculation formula should be modified.From the viewpoint of the suspension derrick selection,the theoretical calculation result is less than the maximum value of the test,and the error is 26.1%-30.7%.Therefore,the influence of all bending moments and the imbalance of different stresses of components should be considered when selecting the type of the suspension derrick.This is the first time to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the suspension derrick.The proposed calculation method has provided a reference for the revision of the standard and the research of the calculation method.
