摘  要:为研究某钢企1580热连轧机轧制薄规格带钢时带钢出现振纹及F2轧机异常剧烈振动问题,对F2轧机进行综合测试分析。依据图纸参数使用MATLAB对F2轧机主传动系统固有频率进行编程计算;对F2轧机整体系统模型进行有限元模态分析;通过谐响应分析研究轧制力周期激励下传动轴的频率位移响应,分析计算及仿真结果表明,带钢厚度波动所引起的轧制力周期载荷激励会引起主传动系统上下接轴发生共振,振动会通过主传动系统传递至轧机整体引起全局共振,研究成果为深入分析解决热连轧机振动问题提供新思路及有益借鉴。In order to study the phenomena of chatter marks appearing on the strip steel and abnormal strong vibration in the F2 mill of a 1580 hot strip mill set of a steel enterprise,the comprehensive test and analysis of the F2 rolling mill were conducted.According to the design parameters,the natural frequency of main drive system in F2 rolling mill is programmed and calculated by MATLAB.The whole system model of F2 rolling mill is analyzed by finite element modal analysis.The frequency displacement response of the transmission shaft under periodic rolling force excitation is studied by harmonic response analysis.The analysis and simulation results show that the rolling force periodic load excitation caused by the thickness fluctuation of the strip steel will cause resonance of the upper and lower connecting shafts of the main drive system,and the vibration signature may be transmitted to the whole rolling mill through the main drive system and eventually lead to global resonance.This study provides a new idea and beneficial reference for further analyzing and solving the vibration problem of hot strip mills.
