摘  要:基于OBE-CDIO教育理念,本文展示了“集成电路版图分析与设计”课程教学模式、课程设计、项目式教学方式和课程考核方式改革探索与实践经验。我们以工程教学认证作为制定教学目标的依据,将BB平台、ISO9001等现代化教学资源和质量标准融入课堂,以OBE-CDIO能力教学理念指导课程设计,使教学环节科学化,考核环节多元化;通过引入课程思政,激发学生学习热情,树立核心价值观,增强版图分析设计能力。Based on the OBE-CDIO education concept,this paper shows the exploration and practice of curriculum teaching mode,curriculum design,project-based teaching method and curriculum assessment method reform of Integrated Circuit Layout Analysis and Design course.We take engineering teaching certification as the basis for setting teaching objectives,integrate BB platform,ISO9001 and other modern teaching resources and quality standards into the classroom,guide the curriculum design with OBE-CDIO ability teaching concept,make the teaching link scientific and the assessment link diversified,stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,establish core values,and enhance the layout analysis and design by introducing curriculum ideology and politics ability.
