摘　　要：新工程学科的发展对学生的工程实践和创新能力提出了更高的要求。针对软件工程实训的弊端,我们提出了个性化人才培养模式的专项改革与创新,开展以工程技术为主线的集群课程组建,努力提高学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,构建“个人编程能力+团队编程能力+项目开发能力”。开发课程和实践培训系统。课程内容包括计算机系统能力的概念和发展,软件工程中系统能力教学的主要问题,评估方法的改进,以及学习团队的建立。它提出了一种在新的工程科学背景下改革和创新实践教学的思路和方法。The development of new engineering discipline puts forward higher requirements for students'engineering practice and innovation ability.In view of the disadvantages of software engineering training,we put forward the special reform and innovation of personalized talent training mode,carry out the establishment of cluster courses with engineering technology as the main line,strive to improve students'engineering practice ability and innovation ability,and build"personal programming ability+team programming ability+project development ability".Develop curriculum and practical training system.The course content includes the concept and development of computer system capability,the main problems of system capability teaching in software engineering,the improvement of evaluation methods,and the establishment of learning team.It puts forward an idea and method of reforming and innovating practical teaching under the background of new engineering science.
