摘　　要：我国成人高等教育发展历史悠久,为社会发展培养了大批专业技术人员和管理人员,但是近年来受各种教育形式的冲击,成人高等教育的生源流失严重。没有规模就没有效益,因此,生源问题已经成为成人高等教育的首要问题。以云南农业大学为例,分析云南省少数民族地区成人高等教育生源存在的问题,并提出相应的对策措施,以期能促进云南省成人高等教育健康可持续发展。The development of adult higher education in China has a long history and a large number of professional and technical personnel and managerial personnel have been trained for social development.In recent years,with the impact of various forms of education,adult higher education has suffered a serious loss of students.There would be no profits without a large scale,therefore,the student source has become the primary problem of adult higher education.Taking Yunnan Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the student source of adult higher education in the ethnic areas of Yunnan Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of adult higher education in Yunnan Province.
