摘 要:作为我国教师队伍的弱势群体,乡村教师面临工作生活环境较差、薪资待遇不高、学生群体较为复杂等现实困境,容易产生职业倦怠问题。乡村教师职业倦怠主要表现为压力过大,失去工作热情;角色混乱,导致身心疲惫;成就感低,价值评价有误。乡村教师职业倦怠的调适和缓解是一项复杂的系统工程,社会要完善乡村教师评价体系,提高乡村教师薪酬待遇和社会地位;学校要改善乡村教师工作环境,提供教育资源和晋升机会;教师要“优化个人心理素养,提高心理调适能力”“树立适当心理期望,确立合理自我定位”“增强职业认同感,培植内生动力”。As a weak group of teachers in China,rural teachers are faced with such difficult situations as poor working and living environment,low salary,and complex student groups so they are prone to job burnout.The main manifestations of rural teachers’job burnout are too much professional pressure,loss of work enthusiasm,confusion of professional role,resulting in physical and mental fatigue,low sense of achievement and wrong value evaluation.The adjustment and alleviation of rural teachers’job burnout is a complicated systematic project.Rural teachers’salary and social status in society should be improved;The evaluation system in the school should be perfected;Their working environment should be improved,and educational resources and promotion opportunities should be offered;Their psychological adjustment ability should be improved,reasonable self-orientation established,professional identity strengthened,and endogenous motivation cultivated.
