摘　　要：海军涉核专业士官职业技术教育是培养海军涉核士官人才的重要途径。海军涉核士官人才是海军涉核人才的重要组成部分,其培养质量的好坏直接影响着海军的核安全。实施联教联训联考是提高海军涉核士官人才培养质量的有效举措,分析了海军涉核专业士官职业技术教育联教联训联考的特点以及现状,并从内容体系、教学方法、考核评价、监察督导等方面给出了海军涉核专业士官职业技术教育联教联训联考的实施建议。Vocational and technical education is an important way to train the naval nuclear-related sergeants that are an important part of the naval nuclear-related personnel.Therefore,the training quality of the naval nuclear-related sergeants can directly affects the nuclear safety of the navy.Implementing joint teaching-training and examination is an effective way to improve the training quality of the naval nuclear-related sergeants.This paper analyzes the characteristics and the status of the education and some implementing recommendations given from the aspects of the content system,teaching methods,evaluation and supervision.
