德国人民大学的发展历程和启示——从成人教育中心到终身教育机构的转型

摘　　要：通过对德国人民大学的百年发展情况进行介绍,阐释德国人民大学近百年来在不同社会条件下的办学模式,揭示其从成人教育中心到终身教育机构的转型过程及现存问题。德国人民大学在不同办学条件下始终坚持推广全民教育,提高全民教育质量,紧跟时代需求调整办学方法,最终发展成为服务于全社会各阶层的综合性教育机构,成为德国终身教育体系的支柱。德国人民大学综合包容、与时俱进的特性及其成熟的研究体系对我国终身教育机构的发展具有借鉴价值。Through the introduction of the 100-year development of German Volkshochschule,this paper explains its educational modes under different social conditions in the past hundred years,reveals its transformation process from an adult education center to a lifelong educational institution and its existing problems.Under various social conditions,the Volkshochschule maintained its original intention to devote itself to universal education,improved the quality of education.Furthermore,it has adjusted its education modes based on the needs of the times.Eventually,the Volkshochschule has developed into a comprehensive educational institution serving the whole society,and has become the pillar of the German lifelong education system.The comprehensive nature and tolerance,the flexibility and mature research tradition of German Volkshochschule set an example for the development of lifelong educational institutions in China.
