摘　　要：当前大学生就业面临一定困境,思想政治教育可以帮助大学生树立正确的就业观和择业观,帮助大学生形成积极的求职心态和良好的职业素养,培养大学生的合作意识和适应能力。以大学生就业现状和所面临的就业困境为背景,通过分析将思想政治教育融入大学生就业指导的可能性和现实意义,对如何结合思想政治教育提升大学生就业素质、推动大学生实现高质量就业提出了具体的建议与措施,旨在为形成“思想政治+就业”服务理念和机制,更好地解决大学生“就业难”等问题。At present,college students are faced with certain difficulties in employment.Ideological and political education can help college students establish a correct outlook on employment,form a good professional quality and employment mentality,and cultivate their sense of cooperation and adaptability.Based on the current employment situation and employment difficulties of college students,this paper analyzes the possibility and practical significance of integrating ideological and political education into college students’employment guidance,and puts forward specific suggestions and measures on how to combine ideological and political education to improve college students’employment quality and promote college students to high-quality employment,in order to better solve the“difficult employment”and other problems.
