摘  要:《素问·经脉别论》中“食气入胃,散精于肝,淫气于筋。食气入胃,浊气归心,淫精于脉”一段论述了人体内谷食代谢的过程。本段所论内容或可作为现代医学糖脂代谢的早期文献记载,即营养物质中的精纯部分指糖类,主要布达于肝脏,在肝脏进行合成、转化,再发挥作用;其浓稠部分指脂质,一部分归于心为之供能,另一部分通过心脏搏动在血管中循行并运往全身。The passage of Suwen·Jingmai Bielun says"food enters the stomach,then it will distribute essence qi to the liver,and send excessive qi to the tendons;food enters the stomach,then turbid qi returns to the heart,and essential qi infused and dispersed to the channels",which discusses the process of grain metabolism in the human body.The content mentioned in this paragraph may be used as an early literature record of glucose and lipid metabolism in modern medicine,that is,the pure part of nutrients refers to sugars,which are mainly concentrated in the liver,synthesized,transformed and played a role in the liver;the thick part refers to lipids,part of which is attributed to the heart for energy supply,and the other part is circulated in the blood vessels and transported to the whole body through the heart beat.
