从维脉论治抑郁症

摘　　要：维脉是奇经八脉中唯一一条把诸阴经和任脉、诸阳经和督脉联系起来的经脉,有维系一身阴阳的作用。维脉为病则阴阳失衡。阴不和平,不藏精而神无所养,会出现精神方面的问题,如失落惆怅、记忆力下降、精神恍惚等症状;阳不闭密,不能卫外而为固,导致机体缓纵不收,出现精气外泄等一系列症状。维脉为病与抑郁症情绪低落、思维迟缓、悲观厌世、认知功能损伤以及意志活动减退等症状十分类似。故治疗抑郁症时可优先选择维脉穴位,不仅可以升发阳气,改善抑郁症阳虚的症状,还可以调理肝胆,畅达气机,舒畅情志。The Wei Meridians is the only meridian of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians that connects the Yin meridians with the Conception Channel,and the Yang meridians and the Governor Channel,Has the function of maintaining Yin and Yang of the human body.The illness of Wei meridians would cause Yin-yang disharmony.Yin disharmony and failure in storing essence to support the spirit will cause mental problems such as melancholy,memory decline,and mental trance,etc.Yang leakage and failure guarding the body will lead to a series of symptoms such as body flaccidity and leakage of the essence.Wei meridians diseases are very similar to depressive disorder,such as depression,thinking retardation,pessimistic and world-weary,cognitive impairment,and decreased volition.Therefore,in depression treatment,acupoints of Wei Meridians are preferred,which can not only promote Yang Qi,improve the symptoms of Yang deficiency in depression,but also regulate the Liver and gallbladder,unblock Qi movement,and soothe the emotions and minds。
