摘 要:为保证汽车电子加速踏板可靠性,本文构建了加速踏板位置信号控制模型。仿真结果表明,以一阶低通滤波算法,可就踏板信号开度实时动态调节滤波系数,并兼顾灵敏性、稳定性、可靠性,二次滤波可消除超限错误引发的信号突变,确保信号平稳;基于加速踏板传感器故障分析可准确输出开度值,以提升踏板可靠性,保证汽车行驶安全性;加强电子加速踏板可靠性控制,可消除外界干扰影响,获取精准的开度信号。In order to ensure the reliability of the electronic accelerator pedal,this paper establishes the accelerator position signal control model.The simulation results show that the first-order low-pass filtering algorithm can dynamically adjust the fil-tering coefficient according to the pedal signal opening in real time and give consideration to sensitivity,stability and reli-ability.The secondary filtering can eliminate the signal mutation caused by over-limit error and ensure the signal is stable.Based on the fault analysis of the accelerator pedal sensor,the opening value can be accurately output to improve the ped-al reliability and ensure the safety of the vehicle.Strengthen the electronic accelerator pedal reliability control,can elimi-nate the influence of external interference,obtain accurate open signal.
