摘 要:为了实现混凝土搅拌设备级配自动化控制,提升级配控制效果,设计一种高效准确的级配自动化控制系统。在级配自动化控制系统内引入粗骨料空隙填空法,推算空隙体积,了解细集料与物料用量,防止产生胶浆干涉现象;利用分计筛余百分率、累计筛余百分率及通过百分率表示集料样本级配相关参数;采用基于统计学习的计量落差预估算法,改进级配称量结果准确度;在计量单元基础上,使用连续式级配控制模式搭建级配自动化控制系统。仿真结果表明,本文系统能够对集料各级粒径颗粒进行合理分配,有效改进级配控制效果。In order to realize the automatic control of concrete mixing equipment grading and improve the control effect of upgrad-ing,an efficient and accurate grading automatic control system is designed.The coarse aggregate void filling method is in-troduced into the gradation automation control system to calculate the void volume,understand the fine aggregate and ma-terial amount,and prevent the interference phenomenon of glue pulp.The fractional screen residual percentage,cumula-tive screen residual percentage and percentage are used to represent the relevant parameters of aggregate sample grada-tion.The measurement drop estimation method based on statistical learning is adopted to improve the accuracy of grading weighing results.Based on the measuring unit,the automatic control system of gradation is built by using the continuous gradation control mode.The simulation results show that the system can distribute the size of aggregate reasonably and improve the effect of gradation control effectively.
