摘 要:目的分析基于“互联网+”的启发式教学法在护理大专生急危重症教学中的应用。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选取运城护理职业学院2019年100名护理大专生作为对照组,给予常规教学,2020年100名护理大专生作为观察组,给予基于“互联网+”的启发式教学。对两组护生技能和理论考核情况、对急危重症护理学课程教学的认知情况和自主学习能力进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组护生的技能考核和理论考核得分均升高,观察组护生急护知识、急护技术、对应素质、岗位能力提升均较优,观察组护生的学习合作能力、信息能力、自主学习能力总分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的启发式教学法应用于急危重症教学中能够提高护理大专生的技能和理论掌握,提高其对急危重症护理学课程教学的认知和自主学习能力。Objective To analyze the application of heuristic teaching method based on"Internet+"in the teaching of emergency and critical illness for junior college nursing students.Methods A total of 100 junior college nursing students from Yuncheng Vocational Nursing College in 2019 who were given conventional teaching were selected as the control group and 100 junior college nursing students in 2020 who were given heuristic teaching based on"Internet+"were selected as the observation group with the retrospective study approach.The skill and theoretical assessment,the cognition of nursing course teaching on the emergency and critical illness and the ability of autonomous learning of junior college nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results The scores on skill and theoretical assessment of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The nursing students in the observation group had better improvement in emergency nursing knowledge,emergency nursing skills,corresponding qualities and job ability than the control group.The total scores of learning cooperation ability,information ability and autonomous learning ability of the junior nursing students in the observation group were increased than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of heuristic teaching method based on"Internet+"in the teaching of emergency and critical illness can improve the skill and theoretical mastery of junior college nursing students,thus enhancing their cognition and autonomous learning ability of nursing course teaching on the emergency and critical illness.
