摘  要:目的探讨护理工作质量控制与风险量化管理在绩效考核中的运用价值。方法射阳县人民医院对2016年1月至2017年12月内分泌科、康复科、骨科及儿科四个病区实施护理工作质量控制与风险量化管理进行参与绩效考核研究(研究组),与2014年1月至2015年12月实施的常规管理(参照组)进行比较分析,两组选择同一批护理人员64名作为观察对象,主要评价管理前后护理人员对管理的满意度、管理优良率及护理风险事件发生率,以及管理前后护理人员人均季度绩效工资的变化情况。结果研究组管理干预后,护理人员对管理的满意度、管理优良率明显高于参照组,护理风险事件的发生率明显低于参照组,人均季度绩效工资明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理的过程中,开展工作质量控制和护理风险量化管理,不但提高护理人员对管理的满意度、管理优良率以及有效降低护理风险事件发生率,也促进护理管理整体水平的改善和护理人员人均季度绩效工资的增加。Objective To investigate the application value of quality control and quantitative risk management in nursing work in performance appraisal.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,the People's Hospital of Sheyang County implemented performance appraisal study on quality control and quantitative risk management in nursing work in four wards of endocrinology,rehabilitation,orthopedics and pediatrics(the study group).The study group was compared and analyzed with the conventional management implemented from January 2014 to December 2015(the reference group).64 nursing staff of the same batch were selected as observation subjects in both groups.The main evaluation parameters were the satisfaction of nursing staff with management,the excellent rate of management and the incidence of nursing risk events before and after management,as well as the changes in per capita quarterly performance salary of nursing staff before and after management.Results The satisfaction of nursing staff with management and the excellent rate of management in the study group after management intervention were significantly higher than those in the reference group.The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group.The per capita quarterly performance salary of the study group increased significantly compared with that of the reference gro up,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing management,the implementation of work quality control and quantification of nursing risks not only improves the satisfaction of nursing staff with management and the excellent rate of management,and effectively reduces the incidence of nursing risk events,but also promotes the improvement of the overall level of nursing management and the increase of per capita quarterly per formance salary of nursing staff.
