摘　　要：开放性眼球外伤的视力预后一直是备受关注的话题,和闭合性眼球外伤相比,开放性眼球外伤损伤更重,视力结局也更差。相关研究显示,患者外伤的初始眼部情况、合并损伤情况以及玻璃体手术时机等因素均与开放性眼球外伤的视力预后相关。现笔者就影响开放性眼球外伤视力预后相关因素的研究进展做一综述,为开放性眼球外伤的病情评估及治疗的选择方案提供理论基础。The visual prognosis of open globe injury(OGI)has always been a topic of great concern.Compared to closed globe injury,OGI is more severe and the visual outcome is worse.Relevant studies have shown that the patients'initial eye condition,associated injuries and the timing of vitrectomy,etc.,are all related to the visual prognosis of OGI.This paper reviews progress in the study of factors affecting the visual prognosis of OGI and provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the condition of OGI and the selection of appropriate treatment.
