摘 要:以3C产品自动生产为研究对象,介绍了基于工业机器人生产线的设计方案。根据产品的生产流程,利用三维建模软件构建了生产线的整体布局;设计了生产线系统各个工作站,并开发了生产线控制系统,采用“HMI+PLC+机器人”控制模式,可以单站或联网运行。以打磨机器人为例,规划了机器人运动路径及编写了机器人的程序,最后分析了生产线的流程设计过程。该生产线具有模块化、开放性和扩展性的特点,实现3C产品生产的自动化和无人化。Taking the automatic production of 3C products as the research object,the design scheme of industrial robot production line was introduced.According to the production process of the product,the overall layout of the production line was constructed by using three-dimensional modeling software;each workstation of the production line system was designed,the production line control system was developed,and the"HMI+PLC+robot"control mode was adopted,which could operate in a single station or online.Taking the grinding robot as an example,the motion path of the robot and the program of the robot were planned,and finally the process design of the production line were analyzed.The production line has the characteristics of modularity,openness and expansibility,and realizes the automation and unmanned production of 3C products.
