摘　　要：针对供电公司出现客户用电信息不对称、专业交互渠道不顺畅和工作效率低等问题,依托物联网平台、OpenGL技术、Activiti引擎和Java编程等,构建了一套支持电力用户定制的图形化工作流配置平台。该平台以图形化实现电力业务工作流的搭建,使用拖拽组件和模型驱动的逻辑来创建前端网页和移动应用。平台工作流配置时进行合规性审核,将业务信息严格控制在负面清单外,各项工作自动发起、执行和关联,以丰富多样的工作场景为基础,抽象出应用率较高、较全面的行为,提高了供电公司的日常工作效率,提升了服务水平。There are problems in power supply companies,such as customer electricity information asymmetry,unsmooth professional interaction channels,and low work efficiency.This article built a set of graphics that supports the customization workflow configuration platform based on the Internet of Things platform,OpenGL technology,Activiti engine,Java programming,etc.The platform implemented the construction of power business workflows graphically and used drag-and-drop components and model-driven logic to create front-end web pages and mobile applications.Platform workflow configuration should be examined and verify,control negative information.The designed planform promotes the efficiency of the daily work,improves the quality of service of power supply companies.
