摘　　要：功能性便秘(FC)是一种发病机制尚未明确的胃肠道疾病,不仅存在于成人,在青少年儿童中同样也是一种高发疾病,给学习生活带来了很大的困扰。由于难以掌握其具体的发病机制,临床上目前采取的大多还是泻药和外科治疗之类的传统治疗方法,不仅效果难以保证,药物的副作用也会对青少年儿童带来一定的伤害。随着医学研究的进展,已有大量研究表明FC与肠道菌群之间存在一定的相关性。而通过益生元/益生菌这类微生物制剂改善肠道菌群,从而治疗FC的新型疗法也广泛应用于临床治疗之中。这类疗法因其安全性较好、治疗效果明显,与传统治疗相比具有明显的优势,逐渐成为了现今临床研究的热点。因此,本文将通过对益生元/益生菌制剂治疗儿童FC的研究进展做一综述,以期为后续临床治疗提供新的线索与发现。Functional constipation(FC)is a gastrointestinal disease whose pathogenesis is not yet clear.It is not only present in adults,but also a highly prevalent disease in adolescent children,which brings great disturbance to their study and life.Since it is difficult to master the specific pathogenesis of FC,most of the traditional treatment methods such as laxatives and surgical treatment are still adopted clinically,which is not only difficult to guarantee the effect,but also may bring certain harm to young children due to the side effects of drugs.With the progress of medical research,a large number of studies have shown that there is a correlation between FC and intestinal flora.The new treatment of FC by improving the intestinal flora with microbial agents such as prebiotics/probiotics is also widely used in clinical treatment.This kind of treatment has become a hot issue in clinical research due to its higher safety,significant therapeutic effect and obvious advantages over traditional treatment.Therefore,this paper will review the research progress of prebiotic/probiotic preparation in the treatment of FC in children,so as to provide new clues and findings for the subsequent clinical treatment.
