氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合盐酸度洛西汀治疗卒中后抑郁的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合盐酸度洛西汀治疗卒中后抑郁的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月东莞市大朗医院诊治的76例卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例),对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,口服,每天早晨、中午各1片,观察组另加盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片治疗,每次60 mg,口服,每天1次,两组均连续治疗6周,比较两组日常生活能力、抑郁情绪改善情况、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组的日常生活能力(ADL)评分和抑郁(HAMD)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的ADL评分和HAMD评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率比较,观察组明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,观察组明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予卒中后抑郁患者氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合盐酸度洛西汀治疗疗效显著,可以促使患者焦虑程度改善,提升患者日常生活能力,降低不良反应总发生率,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of flupentixol melitracen tablets orally combined with duloxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 76 patients with post-stroke depression diagnosed and treated in Dalang Hospital of Dongguan from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected to carry out this experimental study.All patients were randomly divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(38 cases).The control group was treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets orally,one tablet in the morning and one tablet at noon every day,while the observation group was treated with duloxetine hydrochloride enteric coated tablets,60 mg each time,once a day,both groups were treated for 6 weels.The activities of daily living,depression improvement,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the ADL and HAMD scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the effective rate of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol melitracen tablets orally combined with duloxetine is effective in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression,which can improve the degree of anxiety of patients,improve the ability of daily life of patients,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,and has the promotion value.
