摘 要:针对纯电动客车热泵空调系统在低温环境下制热量较低、系统制热性能衰减严重等问题,搭建了基于R410A的纯电动客车热泵空调系统试验台。试验研究了车外风机风量、环境温度及压缩机转速的变化对系统供热性能的影响。试验结果表明:车外环境温度由7℃降到-20℃时,系统制热量下降50.4%;采用补气技术后,系统COPh仍可达到1.46,可见该系统在低温制热方面有较高的性能;压缩机转速从3000 r/min增至5000 r/min时,制热量提升74.4%,车外风量由60%增至100%时,制热量上升3%。For the problems of low heating capacity and serious attenuation of system heating performance of pure electric bus heat pump air conditioning system under low temperature environment,an experimental platform of pure electric bus heat pump air conditioning system based on R410A was built.The influence of air volume,ambient temperature and compressor speed on the heating performance of the system was studied experimentally.The experimental results show that when the ambient environment temperature is 7~-20℃,the heating capacity of the system is reduced by 50.4%,after adoption of air replenishment technique,the system COPh still can reach 1.46,so it can be seen the system has higher performance in low temperature heating,compressor speed is increased from 3000 r/min to 5000 r/min,the heating capacity is increased by 74.4%,and the heating capacity is increased by 3%when the air volume outside the bus is increased from 60%to 100%.
