摘　　要：基于自我效能理论和推-拉-锚定模型构建老年用户医疗健康服务转移意向框架模型,采用问卷调查方法进行实证分析验证假设,从在线医疗平台推广机制、服务机制和定价机制3方面提出相关建议。Based on the self-efficacy theory and Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM)model,a framework model of elderly users′intention to transfer medical and health services is built.The questionnaire survey method is used to conduct empirical analysis to verify the hypothesis,and relevant suggestions are put forward from the promotion mechanism,service mechanism and pricing mechanism of online medical platform.
