除湿散热汤联合常规西医治疗睑缘炎相关性角结膜病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析除湿散热汤联合常规西医治疗睑缘炎相关性角结膜病变(BKC)的临床效果。方法将2018年9月至2020年8月我院眼科收治的84例BKC患者按抽签法分2组,各42例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组给予除湿散热汤联合常规西医治疗,比较2组治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前后眼表症状、生活质量的变化。结果研究组治疗总有效率(98%)明显高于对照组(81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组眼表症状评分低于对照组,而视功能相关生存质量量表-25(NEIVFQ-25)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论除湿散热汤联合常规西医治疗BKC的效果显著,可有效缓解患者眼表症状,提高生活质量,且不会增加不良反应,有临床推广价值。Objective To determine the clinical effect of Chushi Sanre decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of blepharitis-related keratoconjunctival lesions(BKC).Methods Eighty-four patients admitted to the department of ophthalmology in our hospital between September 2018 and August 2020 were randomly included into two groups(n=42 each).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.In addition,the study group was treated with Chushi Sanre decoction.The therapic efficacy,adverse reactions,ocular surface symptoms and quality of life at baseline and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(98%vs 81%),with statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,the ocular surface symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the NEIVFQ-25 score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(both P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Chushi Sanre decoction combined with conventional Western medicine is significantly effective in the treatment of BKC,which may effectively relieve ocular surface symptoms,improve quality of life,and will not increase the adverse reactions.It justifies widespread use in the clinical settings.
