探讨中医“肝”的本义与肝脾相关的临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中医肝的本义及肝脾相关的临床意义。[方法]通过中医理论的源头所论,对肝的功能特征罢极之本、主疏泄、主藏血,以及肝病的临床特征进行探讨;并从现代医学的视角,揭示肝的本质,同时探讨肝脾相关的渊源及临床运用上的意义。[结果]从本质上讲,肝的功能与现代医学中神经-体液调节功能相类似,对机体各种功能起着调节作用,协调各脏腑之间的功能。肝的发病极易影响他脏致病。在各脏腑的相关之中,以肝脾相关尤其密切,肝从脾衍生,协助脾之运作,并完善了脾的功能。肝脾病变相互影响,在治疗上相得益彰。[结论]进行肝病与肝脾相关病变的临床证治的探讨,对肝脾脏腑的本质研究及临床实践有重要指导意义。[Objective]To explore the essence of liver in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the clinical significance of liver spleen correlation.[Methods]According to the origin of TCM theory,this paper discussed the function of the liver as the root of the Piji,the main dredging and the main storage of blood,and the clinical characteristics of liver disease,and revealed the essence of the liver from the perspective of modern medicine.At the same time,it explored the origin of liver spleen correlation and its clinical significance.[Results]In essence,the function of the liver is similar to the regulating function of nerve and body fluid in modern medicine,which can regulate various functions of the body and coordinate the functions of viscera.Among the five viscera,the liver and spleen are closely related.The liver is derived from the spleen and helps the operation of the spleen and improves the function of the spleen.Liver and spleen interact with each other and complement each other in treatment.[Conclusion]Exploring the clinical treatment of liver disease and liver spleen related diseases has important guiding significance for the essence research and clinical practice of the liver,spleen and viscera.
