摘 要:慢传输型便秘动物模型对研究其发病机制和治疗方法具有重要的价值。目前的实验动物以鼠类和犬类为主,构建方法主要是通过药物、物理刺激、饮食和手术等手段来诱导,从排便情况、肠道传输功能和结肠组织病理改变等方面来评价模型。但构建方法存在不足之处,模型的评价体系缺乏统一的标准。本文将从模型的构建、评价及应用方面,归纳总结近年来的相关文献,以期对研究慢传输型便秘提供参考价值。The animal model of slow transit constipation is of great value for the study of its pathogenesis and treatment.At present,the experimental animals are mainly rodents and dogs.The construction methods are mainly induced by drugs,physical stimulation,diet and surgery,and the models are evaluated from defecation,intestinal transport function and colonic histopathological changes.However,there are some shortcomings in these methods,and the evaluation system of the model is also lack of uniform standards.This article will summarize the related literature in recent years from the construction,evaluation and application of the model,in order to provide reference value for the study of slow transit constipation.
