摘　　要：胰腺癌具有高度的侵袭性和转移性,发生发展过程中涉及的分子机制十分复杂。近年来,越来越多的胰腺癌相关长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)被发掘,其介导的相应分子生物学作用机制也不断被阐明,为从微观上深入研究胰腺癌提供了新的视角。本文就lncRNA在胰腺癌中发挥作用所介导的分子机制作一综述。Pancreatic cancer is highly aggressive and metastatic.The molecular mechanisms involved in its development and progression are very complex.In recent years,more and more pancreatic cancer-related long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)have been discovered.And the underlying molecular mechanism mediated by them has been elucidated,which provides a microscopic perspective for the in-depth study of pancreatic cancer.In this review,the molecular mechanisms mediated by lncRNAs in pancreatic cancer are reviewed.
