摘 要:目的分析2019年碘缺乏病监测结果,掌握碘盐供应以及学生、孕妇尿碘水平,为实现消除碘缺乏病目标提供参考依据。方法在全区22个县(市、区)按东、南、西、北、中五个方位抽取调查对象,采集8~10岁学生和孕妇盐样、尿样进行检测,同时采用B超法对学生进行甲状腺检查。结果2019年采集盐样6606份,合格碘盐6095份,合格碘盐食用率92.26%,盐碘中位数24.96 mg/kg,不同地区盐碘含量差异有统计学意义。采集学生尿样4405份,尿碘中位数205μg/L,不同地区、性别学生尿碘水平有统计学意义。采集孕妇尿样2201份,孕妇尿碘中位数177.08μg/L,不同孕期尿碘水平有差异。进行甲状腺容积检查,肿大率为1.26%,低于国家5%的标准。结论在目前的盐碘浓度下,学生碘营养水平总体高于适宜,孕妇碘营养水平适宜,但仍有37.75%的孕妇存在碘缺乏风险,应重点进行健康教育指导,额外补充碘。Objective To analyze the monitoring results of iodine deficiency disorders in 2019 in order to master the supply of iodized salt and the iodine nutritional status of students and pregnant women,so as to provide reference for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods The subjects were selected from the five directions of East,South,West,North and Middle in 22 counties of the region.The samples of salt and urine of students aged 8 to 10 and pregnant women were collected and detected.At the same time,B-ultrasound was used to detect the thyroid for students.Results 6606 salt samples were collected in 2019,and 6095 salt samples were qualified iodized salt,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt were 92.26%,and the median salt iodine content was 24.96 mg/kg.The salt iodine contents in different regions were statistically significant.4405 urine samples of students were collected,and the median of urine iodine was 205μg/L,The urinary iodine of students in different regions and genders were statistically significant.2201 urine samples of pregnant women were collected,and the median of urine iodine of pregnant was 177.08ug/L.There were differences in urinary iodine levels in different pregnancy periods.The goiter rate of students was 1.26%,lower than the national standard of 5%.Conclusion Under the current salt iodine concentration,the iodine nutrition level of students is higher than the suitable level and the pregnant women is appropriate,but 37.75%of pregnant women still have the risk of iodine deficiency.Health education and guidance should be focused on and additional iodine should be supplemented.
