摘　　要：《汉书·艺文志》是中国现存最早的综合性图书分类目录,其中《方技略》分为“医经”“经方”“房中”“神仙”四类。通过重新分析“医经”与“经方”小序内容,发现二者区别是对于疾病治疗的理念和着眼点不同。“医经”是治疗时侧重得病的人,“经方”是治疗时侧重人得的病;“医经”着眼于人体,“经方”着眼于疾病。Hanshu Yiwenzhi is the earliest comprehensive catalogue of medical books in China,in which FangJi Lue was divided into four categories:"Medical Classics","Classical Prescriptions","Fangzhong"and"Shenxian".This paper reanalysed the preface contents of"Medical Classics"and"Classical Prescriptions",and found that the differences between the two sections focused on the definitions of disease treatment and standpoints."Medical Classics"refers to people who suffered from diseases,but"Classical Prescriptions"refers to the disease which people suffered.This means"Medical Classics"focuses on the human body,but"Classical Prescriptions"centres on diseases.
