摘  要:研究目的:以邢和铁路天河山隧道为依托,开展隧道衬砌背后水压力预测模型研究。首先结合地下水动力学理论,考虑"围岩-注浆层-衬砌-防水板-盲管"不同介质渗透特性,理论推导隧道衬砌背后水压力和排水量预测公式;其次通过3DEC离散元验证理论预测模型的合理性;最后对衬砌背后水压力影响因素进行参数敏感性分析。研究结论:(1)本文提出的衬砌背后水压力预测模型与数值计算结果误差不足10%,可准确预测高水压隧道衬砌背后水压力和排水量;(2)衬砌背后水压力P_(ll)与k_(ss)/k_(gg)和排水量Q_(w)均呈反比例线性关系;隧道排水量随k_(ss)/k_(gg)增大而减小,但非线性关系,其在k_(ss)/k_(gg)≤75范围内受k_(ss)/k_(gg)影响显著;(3)秉承"堵水限排"理念的高水压隧道施工过程中,可通过提升隧道排水量、减小注浆层渗透系数、增大注浆层厚度等组合措施来达到降低衬砌背后水压力的目的,其衬砌减压效果是"排"优于"堵";(4)本研究成果对高水压隧道设计及施工具有重要的指导意义。Research purposes:Based on Tianheshan tunnel of Xingtai-Heshun railway,the prediction model of water pressure behind tunnel lining was studied.Firstly,based on the theory of groundwater dynamics,considering the permeability characteristics of different media of"surrounding rock-grouting layer-lining-waterproof plate-blind pipe",the prediction formula of water pressure and displacement on tunnel lining with homogeneous surrounding rock was deduced theoretically.Secondly,the rationality of water pressure prediction model on tunnel lining was verified by 3 DEC discrete element method.Finally,the parameter sensitivity of prediction formula of water pressure on tunnel lining was analyzed.Research conclusions:(1)The error between the prediction model and the numerical results is less than 10%,which can accurately predict the water pressure and displacement on lining of high water pressure tunnel.(2)The water pressure P_(ll) on tunnel lining is inversely proportional to k_(ss)/k_(gg) and displacement Q_(w);The tunnel displacement Q_(w) decreases with the increase of k_(ss)/k_(gg),but it has a non-linear relationship,which is significantly affected by k_(ss)/k_(gg) in the range of k_(ss)/k_(gg)≤75.(3)During the construction of high water pressure tunnel,the concept of"blocking water and limiting drainage"should be adhered to.The water pressure on tunnel lining can be reduced by improving the tunnel drainage,reducing the permeability coefficient of the grouting layer and increasing the thickness of the grouting layer,and the effect of"drainage"is better than"blocking".(4)The research results have guiding significance for the design and construction of high water pressure tunnels.
