双元创新视角下老字号企业商业模式创新内在机理——基于德州扒鸡的纵向案例研究

摘　　要：选取中华老字号企业德州扒鸡公司为对象,对其商业模式创新的成功规律进行深度挖掘。在双元创新理论视角下,归纳得出老字号双元情境、发现传承价值、识别创新阻力、稳固传承基础、突破创新禁锢、实现完善型创新、实现开拓型创新和维持双元平衡8个理论维度,进而基于这些维度刻画了老字号企业商业模式创新的三阶段模型,系统总结了老字号企业借助商业模式创新有效化解传承与创新悖论的成功经验。This study selects the Chinese time-honored company Dezhou Braised Chicken Company as the object,and conducts in-depth exploration of the successful law of its business model innovation.From the perspective of dual innovation theory,8 theoretical dimensions are summarized,including time-honored dual context,discovery of inheritance value,identification of innovation resistance,stabilize the foundation of inheritance,breakthrough of innovation barriers,realization of perfect innovation,realization of pioneering innovation,and maintenance of dual balance.Based on these dimensions,it describes the three-stage model of the business model innovation of time-honored enterprises,and systematically summarizes the successful experience of time-honored enterprises in effectively resolving the paradox of inheritance and innovation through business model innovation.
