摘 要:为研究百合杂交后代表型性状的分离和遗传变异规律,本研究以亚洲百合‘Renoir’和兰州百合杂交获得的F1代群体为研究对象,对株高、花朵数量和花色等11个性状进行统计分析。结果表明:该杂交F1代群体表型性状变异广泛,变异系数范围为9.86%~79.38%,其中花朵数量和株高的变异程度最高,并表现出明显的杂种优势,其余性状表现为趋中变异。除花朵数量外,各性状均呈连续性较好的正态分布,符合多基因控制的数量性状遗传特征。9个数量性状中有20对性状的相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。F1代群体的花色表现为不同深浅的粉色、橙粉色和黄色。色素成分的遗传分析发现花青苷的有无为单基因控制的质量性状,类胡萝卜素则由多基因控制。子代花被片上均具突起状斑点,斑点数量不同,可能受多个基因共同调控。本研究对挖掘控制百合表型性状的优良基因及新品种选育具有重要参考价值。In order to evaluate the separation law and genetic variation of the characters in hybrids of lilies,F1 populations were obtained from the cross between Asiatic hybrid lily’Renoir’and Lilium davidii var.willmottiae.Plant height,number of flowers,flower color and other eight traits of the parents and F1 generation were studied statistically.The results showed that extensive genetic variations existed in F1 population,and the coefficient of variation in the hybrids ranged from 9.86%to 79.38%.Among all the traits,number of flowers and plant height showed significant variation with obvious heterosis,while other traits were between the parents.Except for the numbers of flowers,other traits showed a good trend of continuous normal distribution,which might imply that they were quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes.Twenty pairs of correlations among 9 quantitative traits reached an extremely significant level(P<0.01).The flower color of the tepals in F1 hybrids presented different degrees of pink,orange-pinkish and yellow.Genetic analysis of pigments revealed that presence/absence of anthocyanin was a qualitative trait controlled by a single gene,and carotenoid was polygenically regulated.The progenies all had different number of raised spots on their tepals,which indicated that multiple genes might participate in regulation of the presence of spots.This study provides a reference for exploration of excellent genes controlling phenotypic traits and new varieties selection of lilies.
