摘　　要：目的比较不同品牌A型肉毒毒素局部注射对偏侧面肌痉挛或Meige综合征患者痉挛症状缓解程度、疗效持续时间和心理状态的影响。方法纳入2018年2月—2021年2月接受A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗的偏侧面肌痉挛或Meige综合征140例。根据使用A型肉毒毒素生产厂家不同分为衡力组82例和保妥适组58例,均于肌肉痉挛部位局部注射。比较两组注射后3个月痉挛症状缓解程度、疗效持续时间,以及注射前和注射后3个月抑郁自评量表(SDS)指数、焦虑自评量表(SAS)指数,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果注射后3个月,衡力组、保妥适组痉挛症状总缓解率分别为95.12%、96.55%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组疗效持续时间及平均有效时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。注射后3个月,两组SDS指数、SAS指数均较注射前降低(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗偏侧面肌痉挛或Meige综合征安全有效,且不同品牌A型肉毒毒素的疗效、作用时间及对心理状态的改善作用无显著差异。Objective To compare the effects of local injection by different brands of Botulinum Toxin Type A on relief degree of spasm symptoms,duration of efficacy and psychological status in treatment of patients with hemifacial spasm or Meige syndrome.Methods A total of 140 patients with hemifacial spasm or Meige syndrome who had received local injection of Botulinum Toxin Type A between February 2018 and February 2021 were enrolled,and the patients were divided into BTXA group(n=82)and Botox group(n=58)according to the different manufacturers of Botulinum Toxin Type A.They were injected locally to the muscle spasm sites.The relief degree of spasm symptoms after injection for 3 months,duration of efficacy and indexes of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and after injection for 3 months were compared,and incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Results After injection for 3 months,the total relief rates of spasm symptoms were 95.12%in BTXA group and 96.55%in Botox group respectively,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in duration of efficacy and average duration of action between two groups(P>0.05).After injection for 3 months,SDS and SAS indexes were significantly decreased compared with those before injection in two groups(P<0.05),and the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant differences in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Local injection of Botulinum Toxin Type A is safe and effective in treatment of patients with hemifacial spasm or Meige syndrome,and there are no significant differences in the efficacy,duration of efficacy and improvement of psychological status among different brands of Botulinum Toxin Type A.
