摘 要:在氮掺杂碳球(Cs-N)基础上,制备氮掺杂碳球负载纳米铂纳米复合材料(Cs-N@Pt),并以此为基质,玻碳电极(GCE)为工作电极制备Cs-N@Pt/GCE传感器,对饮用水中镉离子进行电量分析。试验发现, Cs-N@Pt/GCE具有良好导电性和电催化活性,能显著提高传感器灵敏度,增加电流响应。镉离子浓度与其氧化峰电流(Ip)在2~650μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,线性方程为Y=0.200 3X-0.53 (X代表镉离子浓度), R^(2)=0.998 8,线性范围较宽,相关性较好,检出限为1.045μg/L (S/N=3),检出限较低,符合试验要求,与已报道的相关文献相比Cs-N@Pt/GCE检出限相对较低,明显优于其他传感器。分别采用100, 200和300μg/L的镉离子进行加标回收率试验,加标回收率在94.32%~97.77%之间,试验结果与原子吸收光谱法一致,回收效果较好,准确度较高。该方法简单、方便、快捷、成本低,可对饮用水中镉离子进行快速、有效的定量分析。Nitrogen doped carbon spheres supported platinum nanocomposites(Cs-N@Pt) were prepared based on nitrogen doped carbon spheres(Cs-N).The Cs-N@Pt/GCE sensor was made by using Cs-N@Pt as the matrix and glassy carbon electrode(GCE) as the working electrode for detecting cadmium.It was found that Cs-N@Pt/GCE had a good conductivity and electrocatalytic activity,which could significantly improve the sensitivity of the sensor and increase the current response.There was a wide linear from 2 μg/L to 650 μg/L between the cadmium ion concentration and oxidation peak current;The equation was Y=0.200 3 X-0.53(X stand for the cadmium ion concentration),R2=0.998 8,the linear range was wide,and the correlation was very good.The detection limit was 1.045 μg/L(S/N=3),and the detection limit was low,which could afford for the test requirements.The Cs-N@Pt/GCE had obvious advantages compared with other sensors.The recoveries of 100,200 and 300 μg/L cadmium ions were done,and the recovery rate of standard addition was 94.32%-97.77%.The result of recovery rate was consistent with AAS;The recovery effect was good and the accuracy was high.The method was simple,convenient,fast and low cost,which could be used for rapid and effective quantitative analysis of cadmium in drinking water.
