摘 要:为了大幅度提升模切机工作效率及其性能,本文提出了一种具有双倍模切效率的新型对称双冲压式模切机新原理。考虑到该模切机的机身是其核心的部件,其设计的合理性对提高模切机的性能以及降低成本具有重要的作用,因此该论文针对公称压力为2000 kN模切机的机身强度刚度及其模态进行了系统深入的研究。建立了带有拉紧螺栓组合机身的三梁二柱式机身结构的有限元分析模型,在机身的拉紧螺栓和立柱之间施加公称压力1.25倍的2500 kN预紧力。对新型模切机机身主要零部件进行静力学强度刚度及模态的有限元分析后,获得了相应的应力场、应变场及其位移场,进一步得到了相应的应力最大的部位及其机身的刚度。依据有限元分析结果进一步对机身结构重新进行设计和调整,使得机身进一步得到优化,优化后机身刚度提升34.9%、最大应力减少25.1%、机身重量减少3%。对机身进行模态分析得到工作状态下的前六阶振型,机身的一阶共振频率为52.41 Hz,大大高于模切机的工作频率2.5 Hz,工作过程中不会产生共振。In order to greatly improve the efficiency and performance of die-cutting machine,a new principle of symmetrical double stamping die-cutting machine with double die-cutting efficiency is proposed in this paper.Considering that the frame of the die-cutting machine is core component,the rationality of frame design plays an important role in improving the performance of the die-cutting machine and reducing the cost,so this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the strength,stiffness and modal of the frame of the die-cutting machine with a nominal pressure of 2000 kN.The finite element analysis model of three beam and two column frame structure with tension bolt combination frame is established.A pre-tightening force of 2500 kN,which is 1.25 times of the nominal pressure,is applied between the tension bolt and the column.After the strength,stiffness and modal analysis of the main parts of the new die-cutting machine body,the stress field,strain field and displacement field are obtained,and the maximum stress position and the stiffness of the machine frame are further obtained.According to the results of the finite element analysis,the frame structure is further redesigned and adjusted.After optimization,the frame stiffness is increased by 34.9%,the maximum stress is reduced by 25.1%,and the frame weight is reduced by 3%.Through the modal analysis of the frame,the first-order resonance frequency of the frame is 52.41 Hz,which is much higher than the working frequency of the die-cutting machine of 2.5 Hz.There is no resonance in the working process.
