摘 要:本文采用2007—2017年中国制造业的面板数据,运用系统GMM及分位数回归,实证分析了OFDI对中国制造业攀升全球价值链的影响。研究发现:OFDI对中国制造业全球价值链地位的提升具有积极作用,并且滞后3年仍然具有显著性影响;不同技术水平类别下也都呈现显著的正向影响,对于低等、中等和高等技术制造业的影响程度呈现先增后减的态势,其中对中等技术制造业的积极作用最为明显;针对处于不同价值链地位的制造业,OFDI的分位数回归系数基本呈现先升后降的格局,即在全球价值链低端和高端的制造业行业中,OFDI对价值链攀升的促进程度相对较弱,而在处于价值链中端的制造业行业中,促进作用更为显著。This paper conducts an empirical analysis of the impact of OFDI on China's manufacturing industry's rising global value chain by using the panel data of China's manufacturing industry from 2007 to 2017,system GMM and quantile regression.The study finds that OFDI has a positive effect on the promotion of China's manufacturing global value chain status,and still has a significant impact after 3 years;different technology level categories also show significant positive effects,while for low,medium and high technology,the degree of influence of the manufacturing industry shows a trend of first increasing and later decreasing,of which the positive effect on the mid-tech manufacturing industry is the most obvious;for manufacturing in different value chain positions,the quantile regression coefficient of OFDI basically shows a pattern of first rising and then falling,that is,in the low-end and high-end manufacturing industries of the global value chain,OFDI has a relatively weak promotion of the value chain's rise,while in the manufacturing industry at the mid-end of the value chain,it has a more significant role in promoting.
