摘 要:为探讨日粮中添加单宁酸对北京鸭鸭生长性能、肠道发育和盲肠菌群的影响,选取1 500只1日龄体重相近的Z型北京鸭,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复75只鸭。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加100、200、300 mg/kg单宁酸,试验期40 d。结果表明:300 mg/kg单宁酸组可提高饲料转化率(P<0.05),试验组的成活率较对照组升高(P<0.05);试验组肠道长度、重量、密度与对照组差异不显著;200 mg/kg单宁酸组可降低北京鸭盲肠细菌总数和大肠杆菌数、提高乳酸菌数(P<0.05),300 mg/kg单宁酸组能可降低盲肠大肠杆菌数、提高乳酸菌数(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加200 mg/kg单宁酸可一定程度提高北京鸭的生长性能,显著改善北京鸭盲肠菌群环境,但单宁酸对肠道发育的影响不明显。To investigate the effects of dietary tannic acid on growth performance, intestinal development and cecal microflora of Peking ducks, 1 500 1-day-old Z-type Peking ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 5 replicates in each group and 75 ducks in each replicate. The control group was fed the basic diet, while the experimental group was fed the basic diet with 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg tannic acid respectively. The experiment lasted for 40 days. The results showed that 300 mg/kg tannic acid supplementation can significantly improve feed conversion rate(P<0.05), compared with the control group, all the experimental components of the survival rate were significantly increased(P<0.05);200 mg/kg can significantly reduce the total number of bacteria and Escherichia coli, increase the number of lactic acid bacteria(P<0.05),adding 300 mg/kg can significantly reduce the number of cecal Escherichia coli, increase the number of lactic acid bacteria(P<0.05). The results showed that adding 200 mg/kg tannic acid could improve the growth performance of Peking ducks to some extent and significantly improve the environment of cecum flora, but the effect of tannic acid on intestinal development was not obvious.
