摘　　要：基于压力与应对视角,探讨慢性病患者日常健康管理中面临的角色压力对移动医疗服务付费意愿的影响机理。采用结构方程和分层回归法,结合压力与应对理论构建模型,以358位慢性病患者为样本进行实证研究。研究表明:角色模糊和角色冲突激发了慢性病患者的应对策略(医患关系维持和健康管理能力提升);应对策略对移动医疗服务付费意愿有显著影响;同时,角色压力能否以及多大程度对行为结果产生影响,依赖于慢性病患者对压力的初级评价和次级评价。Based on the perspective of stress and coping,this study explores the influence mechanism of role stress faced by patients with chronic diseases in daily health management on their willingness to pay for mobile medical services.In this study,structural equation model and hierarchical regression analysis are used to combine the theory of stress and coping to propose a theoretical model.A sample of 358 chronic disease patients is empirically analyzed.Results show that role stress leading to patients’coping strategy(doctor-patient relationship maintenance and health management ability promotion)and generating an increased level of mobile medical payment willingness.Meanwhile,whether and to what extent role stress affecting behavioral outcomes depends on chronic disease patients’primary appraisal and secondary appraisal.
