摘 要:秸秆板材作为环保人造板,在家具制造领域具有广阔的应用前景,对不同种类螺钉在人造秸秆板材中的抗拉拔性能研究具有重要意义。从螺钉拧入深度、导孔直径、螺钉种类3个因素入手,采用正交试验探讨其对螺钉结合强度的影响。试验结果表明:螺钉拧入深度对秸秆板中螺钉结合强度影响显著,螺钉种类与导孔直径对秸秆板中螺钉结合强度影响不显著。螺钉的螺距小,螺钉与板材的结合强度高,在应用中应根据板材实际厚度尽量加大拧入深度,适当减小螺距以提高螺钉结合强度。As environmental-friendly wood-based panel,straw panel has a very broad application prospect in furniture production.It is of great significance to the experimental study on the tensile properties of different kinds of screws in straw panel.The influence of the three factors on the bonding strength of screws were studied by orthogonal test based on screw insertion depth and diameter of guide hole.The results showed that the screw insertion depth had an effect on the screw bonding strength of the straw panel,while the screw type and hole diameter had no significant effect on the screw bonding strength of the straw panel.Screw pitch small,screw and panel bonding strength was high.Therefore,in the general application,the screwing-in depth should be increased as far as possible based on the actual thickness of the panel,and the screw pitch should be appropriately reduced to improve the screw bonding strength.
