摘 要:为探究紧固件数量对CLT节点力学性能的影响,分别对紧固件数量为6、9、12、15、18个的CLT钢木连接节点在平行于木纹方向和垂直于木纹方向进行剪力单调加载试验。结果表明:连接节点的破坏形式主要为环纹钉的弯剪破坏和弯曲变形;紧固件数量多于15个且垂直于木纹方向的连接节点在承受剪力荷载时还伴随层板的撕裂破坏。随着紧固件数量的增加,钢木节点的屈服强度、最大强度、极限强度及其对应的位移增大,节点延性比增大,耗能能力增强;在相同紧固件数量下平行于木纹方向节点的耗能能力优于垂直木纹方向节点的耗能能力。To investigate the influence of the number of fasteners on the mechanical properties of CLT connections,monotone tests under shear loading were carried out on CLT steel-to-timber connections with the number of fasteners being 6,9,12,15 and 18 respectively in the direction parallel and perpendicular to the grain.The test results showed that the failure modes of the connections were mainly the bending shear failure and bending deformation of the annular-ringed shank nails,and the wood crushing of the CLT lamination perpendicular to grain was founded when the fasteners are greater than 15.The yield strength,maximum strength,ultimate strength and the corresponding displacement of the steel-to-timber connections increased with the growth of fastener numbers.Besides,the greater the number of fasteners,the greater the ductility ratio and the stronger the energy dissipation capacity.Under the uniform fastener number,the energy dissipation capacity of the connection parallel to grain was stronger than the connection perpendicular to grain.
