摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏特殊位置乳头状弹力纤维瘤(PFE)的诊断、鉴别诊断要点及治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析2016年—2019年接受肺动脉瓣肿物切除并经术后病理证实为PFE的2例患者的临床表现、术前影像学检查特点及手术方式,并复习相关文献。结果:2例患者均合并其他心内畸形,临床表现无特异性,术前影像学检查未能正确诊断。2例均行肿物切除、肺动脉瓣成形术及同期心内畸形矫正,预后良好。结论:累及肺动脉瓣的PFE罕见,术前易误诊,一经诊断,建议手术切除。Objective:To explore the clinical and imaging characteristics of the cardiac papillary fibroelastoma(PFE)in pulmonary valve and to discuss the possibility of the therapy.Methods:Clinical features,echocardiographic characteristics,surgical procedures and outcomes were retrospectively evaluated in 2 patients with CPF confirmed by pathology,and review of the literatures were performed.Results:Two patients were found in combination with other cardiac abnormalities and the clinical features of PFE were atypical.2 cases were detected by echocardiographic examination and did surgical excision.The prognosis are excellent.Conclusion:The cardiac papillary fibroelastoma in pulmonary valve is rare.It lacks typical clinical symptoms and is not easy to diagnose clinically.Surgical resection is recommended once the PFE in pulmonary valve is diagnosed.
