摘　　要：目的:考察在心理咨询知情同意呈现内容过程中,咨询师提供个人信息内容的数量对来访者求助意愿和对咨询师评价的影响。方法:根据提供咨询师个人信息内容的数量多少,设计长版和短版的模拟知情同意环节的视频,邀请年长(45岁)和年轻(22岁)的咨询师各1名,分别录制长版和短版视频;选取非心理学专业、未接受过心理咨询的大学生97名,随机分为年长长版组(n=24)、年长短版组(n=27)、年轻长版组(n=22)、年轻短版组(n=24),向其播放内容不同的模拟心理咨询知情同意过程视频,之后填写自编求助意愿问卷(SWSH)和咨询师评定量表(CRF-S)。结果:受试大学生对视频中咨询师的评分,CRF-S总分和专业性维度分均是年长咨询师高于年轻咨询师(均P<0.05);CRF-S总分和SWSH总分的知情同意呈现内容主效应无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:咨询师在知情同意中谈及个人信息的数量与来访者关于该咨询师的评价可能和来访者的求助意愿无关。Objective:To investigate the influence of whether the counselor informs the client more personal information on the willingness of college students to seek help and the evaluation of the counselor.Methods:The video simulating the informed consent process was divided into short version and long version according to the amount of personal information of the counseling.One senior counselor(45 years old)and one young counselor(22 years old)were recruited to participate in the recording of both versions.Totally 97 college students,who were not majoring in psychology and had not received psychological counseling,were randomly divided into four groups,the elder counselor and long version group(n=24),the elder counselor and short version group(n=27),the young counselor and long version group(n=22)and the young counselor and short version group(n=24).Students were shown different videos,and then were asked to fill in the self-made Survey on Willingness to Seek Help and the Counselor Rating Form-Short version(CRF-S).Results:The scores of CRF-S and professional dimension were higher in elder counselors than in younger counselors(PS<0.05).The main effect of informed consent content on CRF-S and SWSH scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that the amount of personal information that the counselor talk about in the informed consent may be independent of the client’s evaluation of the counselor and willingness to seek help.
