摘  要:高校教师的绩效考核应着眼于“新”,突出“改”,解决“混”。能够客观统计分析教师教学科研和社会服务成果,实时监测教师教学过程,体现教师的教学水平和教学质量,也是学校各项事业发展的前提。文章简述基于大数据的教师绩效考核的意义,从传统绩效考核方式不太符合时代发展要求、未能很好地与学校发展目标相联系、指标体系不够精准、考核结果过于宽泛等方面分析当前高校教师绩效考核存在的问题,并从建立考核机构、制订绩效计划、搭建大数据考核平台、科学设置差异化考核周期、确定教师考核关键指标、考核结果的反馈与应用等方面,探讨如何构建基于大数据的科学合理多维的高校教师绩效考核体系。The performance appraisal of college teachers should focus on"new",highlight"change"and solve"mixed".It is also the premise for the development of various undertakings of the school to be able to objectively analyze the achievements of teachers'teaching,scientific research and social services,monitor teachers'teaching process in real time,and reflect teachers'teaching level and teaching quality.This paper briefly describes the significance of teacher performance appraisal based on big data,analyzes the problems existing in the current performance appraisal of college teachers from the aspects of traditional performance appraisal methods that do not meet the development requirements of the times,are not well connected with the development objectives of the school,the index system is not accurate enough,and the appraisal results are too broad,and from the aspects of establishing appraisal institutions,formulating performance plans.This paper discusses how to build a scientific,reasonable and multi-dimensional university teacher performance appraisal system based on big data from the aspects of building a big data appraisal platform,scientifically setting differentiated appraisal cycle,determining key indicators of teacher appraisal,feedback and application of appraisal results,etc.
