城产教融合:命运共同体下的现代区域职教综合体构建

摘　　要：我国现代职业教育以区域主导为实践基础,区域城市建设、产业转型升级、职业教育发展在利益契合作用下已初步形成共融共生、协同发展的命运共同体。构建城产教深度融合型现代区域职教综合体对缓解产业经济智能化转型升级引发的社会人力资源结构性短缺具有重要的理论与现实意义。区域城产教深度融合存在地方配套惠企政策机制滞后缺失、信息长效交流机制阻滞、区域资源统筹共享困囿等问题。现代区域职教综合体构建应以职教城为试点,坚持终身教育理念,完善职教多元开放发展格局;设计融汇互通多元学制路径,畅通中高级人才成长渠道;营造价值认同环境,增强职教社会认可程度。China’s modern vocational education is based on the practice of regional dominance.Regional city construction,industrial transformation and upgrading,and vocational education development have initially formed a community of common destiny of symbiosis and synergistic development under the action of interests.Constructing modern regional vocational education complex with deep integration of urban industry and education has importantly theoretical and practical significance for alleviating the structural shortage of social human resources caused by the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy with intelligence.The deep integration of regional city,industry and education has many problems,such as the lag and absence of local supporting policy mechanism for enterprises,the block of long-term information exchange mechanism,and the dilemma of regional resource pooling and sharing.The cluster effect of vocational education city plays an exemplary and leading role in the deep integration of"urban industry and education".The construction of modern regional vocational education complex can take vocational education city as the pilot,adhering to the concept of lifelong education and improve the pattern of diversified and open development of vocational education.Design a multiple educational system path that integrates and inter works with each other to smooth the growth channels for middle and senior talents to create a value recognition environment and enhance the awareness of social recognition in vocational education.
