摘　　要：目的:探讨SXZG药物对去卵巢大鼠牙槽骨转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达的影响。方法:选择8月龄SD雌性大鼠60只,3月龄SD雌性大鼠10只,通过摘除8月龄大鼠双侧卵巢,建立绝经后骨质疏松的动物模型,给大鼠灌服SXZG等多种药物,经过3个月药物治疗后处死大鼠,解剖分离出下颌骨,制作下颌第三磨牙区免疫组化染色切片,观察该区域内牙槽骨中TGF-β1及TNF-α表达的变化。结果:大鼠摘除卵巢后,牙槽骨中TGF-β1表达减少(P<0.05),TNF-α的表达增加(P<0.05);与去势组相比,SXZG剂量1组、SXZG剂量2组牙槽骨中TGF-β1表达增加(P<0.05),TNF-α的表达降低(P<0.05)。结论:SXZG药物可预防去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠牙槽骨的骨量丢失,其作用可能是通过调节成骨细胞因子TGF-β1及破骨细胞因子TNF-α表达而实现。Objective:To investigate the effect of SXZG on the expression of alveolar bone transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in ovariectomized rats.Methods:608-month-old SD female rats and 103-month-old SD female rats were selected,an animal model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was established by removing the ovaries of 8-month-old SD rats.The rats were administrated with various drugs such as SXZG,after 3 months the rats were killed.The mandible of the rats was dissected and the third molar region were prepared as immunohistochemical staining sections to observe the changes in the expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-αin the alveolar bone.Results:The expression of TGF-β1 in the alveolar bone decreased(P<0.05)and the expression of TNF-αincreased(P<0.05)after the rat had the ovaries removed.Compared with the castrated group,the expression of TGF-β1 in alveolar bone increased in SXZG dose group 1 and group 2(P<0.05).The expression of TNF-αdecreased in SXZG dose group 1 and group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:SXZG can prevent the bone loss of alveolar bone in ovariectomized osteoporosis rats,and the mechanism may be realized by adjusting the ratio of the expression of osteoblast factor TGF-β1 and osteoclast factor TNF-α.
