细菌性眼内炎患者血浆白介素-6与降钙素原的表达及相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析细菌性眼内炎患者急性期和缓解后血浆白介素-6(IL-6)和降钙素原(PCT)水平的变化及其相关性,探讨其临床意义。方法:选取2018年3月—2019年8月期间盐城市第一人民医院收治的临床确诊为细菌性眼内炎的患者41例(41只眼),作为细菌感染组;同期选择28例无基础疾病的健康者,作为健康对照组,分别测定在入院时、治疗缓解后及健康对照者血浆IL-6、PCT水平,并行相关分析。结果:细菌感染组急性期和缓解期血浆IL-6和PCT水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细菌感染组急性期患者血浆中IL-6与PCT水平呈正相关关系(r=0.502,P=0.001)。结论:IL-6、PCT二者均参与细菌性眼内炎急性炎症过程,二者联合对诊断细菌性眼内炎有一定的临床意义。Objective:To analyze the changes of plasma interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)in patients with bacterial endophthalmitis during the acute phase and after remission,and to explore their clinical significance.Methods:A total of 41 patients(41 eyes)with clinical diagnosis of bacterial endophthalmitis and 28 healthy controls were selected.The plasma IL-6 and PCT levels were measured on admission,after treatment remission and of healthy controls,and related analysis was performed.Results:The levels of IL-6 and PCT in the bacterial infection group in the acute and remission phases were higher than those in the healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-6 and PCT levels in the bacterial infection group were positively correlated(r=0.502,P=0.001).Conclusion:Both IL-6 and PCT are involved in the acute inflammatory process of bacterial endophthalmitis,and their combination has certain clinical significance for the diagnosis of bacterial endophthalmitis.
