摘  要:为了提高榛子破壳的品质和效率,对榛子破壳机的性能指标进行优化,本装置的主要破壳装置为刀辊.对刀辊进行结构参数优化,发现影响榛子破壳机脱壳率、破仁率的因素为刀辊直径、刀辊转速、刀辊间距,对上述3个因素进行单因素试验和正交试验,运用中心组合理论,通过Design Expert软件进行模拟数据,最终确定刀辊的最佳结构参数.实验结果表明:当刀辊转速为180 r/min,刀辊直径为181 mm,刀辊间隙为11.2 mm时,榛子脱壳率为93.35%,破仁率为7.69%,达到优化效果.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of hazelnut shell breaking and optimize the performance index of hazelnut shell breaking machine,the main shell breaking device of this device is knife roller.Through the optimization of the structure parameters of the knife roller,it is found that the shelling rate of the hazelnut sheller is affected by the diameter of the knife roller,the rotation speed of the knife roller and the distance between the knife rollers.The single factor test and orthogonal test are carried out for the above three factors,and the optimal structure parameters of the knife roller are finally determined by using the central combination theory and the simulation data by the design expert software.The results showed that when the rotation speed of the cutter roller was 180 r·min-1,the diameter of the cutter roller was 181 mm,and the gap between the cutter rollers was 11.2 mm,the shelling rate and kernel breaking rate of hazelnut were 93.35%and 7.69%,respectively.To achieve the.
