摘　　要：目的对腰椎间盘突出症患者住院费用及影响因素进行分析,为控制不合理住院费用提供参考。方法收集上海市某三级综合医院2017年-2019年1253例腰椎间盘突出症患者病案首页信息,运用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果该院2017年-2019年腰椎间盘突出症患者人均住院费用14250.35元,耗材费占比最高,其次为检查检验费,费用增长中耗材费、检查检验费增长较快。住院天数、年龄、支付方式、入院途径、是否手术均对住院费用有影响。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者住院费用结构需持续优化。应加强医疗信息共享,合理控制住院天数。医务人员劳动价值也亟需得到认可。Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH)and its influencing factors,to provide reference for controlling unreasonable hospitalization costs.Methods The first page of medical records of 1253 inpatients with LDH in a tertiary general hospital in Shanghai from 2017 to 2019 was collected.The SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results From 2017 to 2019,the per capita hospitalization cost of patients with LDH was 14250.35 Yuan,and the medical consumable cost accounted for the highest proportion,followed by the examination and inspection fee.With the increase of the cost,the consumable cost and the examination and inspection fee increased rapidly.Length of stay,age,payment method,ways of admission,operation had influence on hospitalization cost.Conclusion The hospitalization cost structure of patients with LDH should be optimized continuously.Strengthening the sharing of medical information and reasonably controlling the number of days in hospital were very important.There was also an urgent need for recognition of the value of health workers'labor.
