摘  要:本文聚焦服务大湾区金融产业的金融类专业人才培养岗位胜任力问题,深入分析其适应性体系要素,着重从岗位需求体系、人才目标定位、课程改革体系、多元联动机制、双师精准共育、产教融合改革、考核评价体系七个方面,提出构建面向金融类岗位胜任力适应性调适体系,探索人才培养提质的策略途径.This paper focuses on the post competency of financial professionals training serving the financial industry in Dawan District,and deeply analyzes the elements of its adaptability system,focusing on seven aspects such as post demand system,talent target positioning,curriculum reform system,multiple linkage mechanism,accurate co education of two teachers,reform of integration of production and education,and evaluation system,this paper proposes to construct the adaptive adjustment system for financial post competency,and explores the strategic ways to improve the quality of talent training.
