摘 要:从杂交后代或者种子繁育后代的分离群体中筛选优良单株,培育无性系茶树良种是迄今茶树育种的重要手段。杂交或者种子后代性状分离程度的大小是影响选种成败的关键因素。本研究分析了‘鸠坑种’茶树种子后代20个单株儿茶素类化合物和咖啡碱含量的变异情况。结果显示,在种子繁殖后代,咖啡碱含量的变异系数最小(6.94%),而CG变异系数最大(253.96%),儿茶素类总含量和EGCG的变异系数介于咖啡碱和CG之间。该结果说明,在种子繁育后代中筛选低咖啡碱茶树的可能性较小。Screening fine individual plants from the hybrid progeny or seed-bred isolated populations is an important means to breed clonal tea cultivars.The degree of separation of traits between hybrids or seedlings is the key factor influencing the success of tea breeding.In the present study,the variation of catechins and caffeine in 20 individuals of seedlings from cultivar‘Jiukeng’was investigated.The results show that the coefficient of variation(CV)of caffeine level was the lowest(CV=6.94%),while the CV of CG content was the highest(253.96%).The CVs of content of total catechins and EGCG were ranked between caffeine and CG.These results suggest that it is impossible to screen very low caffeine tea plants from the seedling populations of normal cultivated tea cultivars.
